    Common workflows

The work that gets handled once I'm done.

Most engagements come down to one or two of these patterns. Concrete examples of what AI agents can carry once they're plugged into your systems — plus the savings teams typically see.

    Multi-channel order intake

Orders arriving via WhatsApp, email, web forms and phone calls — all parsed, normalised, and dropped into a single picking or scheduling queue. Reviewed each morning before the day starts.

    5–10 hrs/week saved · 30%+ more volume handled

    Quote generation

Customer specs come in by email or WhatsApp, a draft quote goes out — based on your price list, past jobs, and house margin. You review and send in under a minute.

Hours of writing reduced to minutes of review

    Enquiry triage & replies

Inbound emails categorised (quote / status / complaint / general) with draft replies generated in your tone for one-click sending. Every enquiry answered the same day, in your voice.

Response times under an hour. Zero lost leads.

    Daily operations briefing

A 7am email summarising overnight orders, low stock, payments received, urgent items needing your eyes — pulled together from every tool the business uses.

Run the business from one email instead of five tools

    Supplier reorder drafting

Stock levels watched against thresholds you set; reorder emails to the right supplier drafted automatically when items run low. You approve, the system sends.

    Out-of-stock incidents drop. Margins protected.

10–20 hrs admin time freed per week, typical engagement
30–40% more volume handled without adding headcount
<1 hr inbound response times, day one of going live

    How engagements work

    From first call to handover.

    Discovery call · 30 mins · free

A short call to understand the business, the workflows eating your week, and whether what I do is a fit for what you need. Straightforward conversation. Sometimes the answer is "not yet" or "not me" — that's a useful answer too.

Workflow audit · 1–2 days · on site or remote

I sit with the people who actually do the work — alongside the owner — and watch how the day runs. By the end I can show you which 1–2 workflows are best automated first, and which are better left as they are. Honest scoping.

    Install & build · 3–5 days

The tooling goes onto your systems with your accounts. The automations get built in your live environment. You see progress daily — the build stays open to you the whole way through.

    Training & handover · 1–2 days

One or two people on your team learn how the system works, where to step in, and how to extend it. Written documentation goes with them. If I get hit by a bus tomorrow, your business carries on.

    30-day check-in · included

A short call a month later to see how it's bedded in, what's failing, and what would help next. Most clients move into the retainer at this point. Some don't — that's also fine.

A few practical notes about how I work:
    • Every automation has a human approval step on anything consequential. Your team stays in control of the moments that matter.
    • Everything stays on your systems. Your accounts, your data, your control. I install, train, and hand over.
    • My briefs grow what your team can do — the aim is more capacity for the work that matters, not fewer people doing it.

    About

Started on the web at 13. Two decades on, still building.

Self-taught since I was thirteen, starting on the web and never really leaving it. Two decades later, the web is still the thing I think in — most of what I build at scale today rests on understanding how systems talk to people through it. The formal CV runs through full-stack engineering, game development, and senior consulting — currently a solutions architect in enterprise digital transformation for a major global consultancy. Under the role titles, the actual work has always been the same: translating between people and machines, designing the system that does what the business needs, and delivering into environments where mistakes have consequences.

The last few years specifically deep in agentic AI: orchestration, prompt engineering, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and what it takes to get multi-agent systems running reliably in production. The consulting work on this page is the direct result of that focus.

Based in London. Father of one. Builder by temperament. Drawn to the parts of a system that aren't working yet.

Working demonstrations available on initial calls — multi-step reasoning, agent tool use, retrieval and evidence-handling patterns, human-in-the-loop approval surfaces, and structured outputs for decision support. Real systems running in production, with the architecture and trade-offs to discuss.
